Implementation Steps:

1. Gap Analysis:
 Analysis of lacking’s in the hospitals according to NABH accreditation checklist.
 Hospitals must be registered, providing 24 hours services.
 At least one full time consultant must be there.
 According to speciality of the hospital it must provide the facility.
2. Proposal report and Submission:
 After gap analysis we are providing proposal report and submitted to hospital for
clinical documentation implementation. After 3 months period it will automatically
laps if any action is not taken by hospital towards .the fulfilment of requirements as
per checklist.
